RETURN POLICY

Intense Cycles USA, Inc. ("us" "we" or "Intense") values your business. Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a generous return policy. You may return new, unused products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may return used products in good condition within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

  • New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Intense.
  • Used products, bikes, or bike frames in good condition will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your customer account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to abuse or misuse. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Intense.

Echanging or Returning a Product

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will receive the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Just place a new order and return your original product. You will receive a full refund for products returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of a used product in good condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department. Call or chat with one of our representatives in our Customer Service Department at (951) 296-9596 x228 if you would prefer to make an exchange without setting up a new order.

Returns Shipping Address

Please contact our Service Center for returns at (951) 296-9596 x228. We will generate and send you a return label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a FedEx Office at your convenience, or prepare it for the agreed pickup, as applicable.
